Welcome to 365bet. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") sets out the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing your use of the 365bet online betting platform ("Platform") as a user ("Member" or "Player"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 365bet.

365bet is an online betting platform designed exclusively for users in Malaysia. All our services — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and live matches — operate under the terms set out in this document.

To register and use the 365bet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents, or individuals physically located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on 365bet's self-exclusion list or any applicable gambling prohibition list.
• Not acting on behalf of another person or company when registering.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted only one (1) active account at 365bet. This includes using the same name, address, phone number, IP address, or payment method to register more than one account. Violations of this rule will result in:

• Closure of all associated accounts without notice.
• Forfeiture of all cash balances and bonuses across all accounts.
• Permanent ban from re-registering at 365bet.

365bet conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and compliance. You may be asked to submit identity verification documents at any time, particularly before a withdrawal is processed.

Required Documents

Failure to submit the requested documents within 7 business days may result in a temporary account suspension until the KYC process is completed.

365bet only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All accepted payment methods are Malaysian local methods only.

Deposit Requirements

365bet processes withdrawals promptly and transparently. Below are the terms and conditions governing withdrawals from your 365bet account.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the 365bet account.
• Any bonus funds received must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• 365bet reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review or KYC purposes where necessary.
• Funds derived from fraudulent activity or money laundering will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

365bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member / household / IP address / payment method unless otherwise stated.
• The wagering requirement for general bonuses is 15x total bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, directly cashed out, or used as collateral.
• 365bet reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or irresponsible bonus claiming.

365bet's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of events including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton, cricket, esports, and over 30 other sports.

General Betting Rules

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be amended or cancelled.
• The odds displayed are the current odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Any odds changes after confirmation do not affect existing bets.
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 12 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets will be refunded.
• In the event of a match result officially disputed by the relevant sporting body, 365bet reserves the right to withhold payment until an official ruling is issued.
• Bets placed using insider information or based on outcomes known in advance are strictly prohibited.

Cash Out Feature

The Cash Out feature allows players to settle a bet early before the match ends. The cash out value is calculated fairly based on current in-play odds. 365bet reserves the right to suspend the Cash Out feature at any time for technical or operational reasons.

All casino games and slots at 365bet use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified. This ensures that every slots spin, baccarat hand, or roulette round is truly random and free from manipulation.

• The Return to Player (RTP) for each slots game is displayed within that game's information section.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 365bet will review the game logs and resolve the situation based on the last valid recorded state.
• Any bets placed during a known system outage are void and will not be paid out.
• Live baccarat, live roulette, and live dragon tiger are operated by live dealers and follow international standard game rules.

You are solely responsible for keeping your 365bet account login credentials secure, including your username, password, and verification PIN.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account protection.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 365bet immediately.
• 365bet will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365bet platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Identity fraud or the use of another person's personal information to register.
• Use of automated software, bots, or systems to place bets automatically.
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Use of insider information or non-public information to place bets.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage 365bet's systems.
• Placing opposing bets across different accounts (matched betting in violation of these Terms).
• Money laundering through the 365bet platform.

365bet reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice in the event of a Terms violation, or with reasonable notice in other circumstances.

Voluntary Account Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting 365bet customer support. Any valid balance (not subject to bonus conditions) will be returned to you within 3–5 business days after the review is complete.

Closure by 365bet

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, the remaining account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

365bet provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate at all times free of interruptions, errors, or technical faults. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• 365bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by players.
• 365bet's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• 365bet is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or actions by government authorities.
